Refunds and returns

 

 

 

Once the design proof has been approved there will be no refunds given (unless the item is faulty or damaged) as confirmation was given that all information was correct.

 

All items are checked thoroughly before being posted to their new homes but some times small details can be missed. If your item is in any way damaged or faulty we are more than happy to do one of the following:

 

1. Refund you in full for the product on return of the item.

 

2. Replace the item free of charge on return of the faulty item.

 

3. Fix the faulty item free of charge if the damage is not considered dangerous.

 

Please note returns will only be accepted for 30 days after you receiving your item, if it is damaged after 30 days Jessie's Baby Boutique takes no responsibility for the damages.

 

 

 

Postage and delivery

 

 

 

All items are posted via Australia post.

 

Once items have been ordered and paid in full items will be posted to you within 1-4 weeks normally depending on the time of year (holidays may effect postage times)

 

All of our postage charges are quoted on weight of your total order.

 

 

 

When purchasing any personalised item a design proof will be set to you via the email provided to us when you order. Your item will not be sewn on until we receive confirmation that you are happy with the design and that all details are correct and to your wishes. 

 

I urge you to check your junk folder as sometimes it may be sent to your junk folder on accident.

Please note these are the average postage times. This may vary depending on your location and if there are any holidays.

 

 

 

WA: 1-2 business days

 

SA: 4-5 business days

 

NT: 5-7 business days

 

QLD: 5-6 business days

 

NSW/ACT: 5-6 business days

 

TAS: 5-7 business days
